What a day Yesterday!!!!!!!! It appears mercury is going to break all records in chennai…..

2nd day started with the clash for women singles title between Jenny & Bhagya.As expected this match continued till 5 sets with 2 tie breakers. Till the last minute no body was in the position to say who will take away the title of women singles.But finally Bhagya won the title.

On first day Soumya and Ronak were the stars in the men’s matches, but y’day was Ram’s day. He won easily his mixed doubles as well as mens doubles. Now Ram with his partner Kumar will have semis with Sharath /Anupam. We already have the other semi finalists Vijay/Abhishek who defetaed Ronak/Rahul in QF. So, is Ram back in form??? Will he continue his winning streak ??? Anupam defeated Kumar in singles, so will Kumar take revenge for his defeat in doubles???? Come and watch in SDB3 cafeteria today…

Soumya may have lost his mixed doubles as well as mens doubles but he easily sailed into the singles final by defeating Ronak in semis. His opponent will be Anupam in the final who had to sweat really really hard against Kumar to win the semifinal. Match between Anupam and Kumar has been the longest match of the tournament so far. Sorry Kumar, best of luck in other matches. So who will be under more pressure --- Anupam or Soumya? Who will be our Champion in singles?

In womens section, Priyanka was really a surprise package.The way she served really perplexed Ram in mixed doubles.Today Priyanka with her partner Kalindi will be playing against Jenny/Gayathri in womens doubles final. So will Priyanka's service confuse the opponents or have Gayathri/Jenny found the solution to defend Priyanka's serve? Will be exciting to see their match!!!!!!

In another exciting match, Ram/Gayathri will face-off against Vijay/Bhagya for a place in the mixed doubles final. Winning team has to play against a strong team of Kumar/Jenny who have already reached the final by defeating Kalindi/Kunal.
